Crafter & Small Business Stall Booking Form

Public Liability Insurance

All stallholders are required to have valid Public Liability Insurance in place for the duration of the Christmas Craft Fair.

Please upload a copy of your current Public Liability Insurance Certificate when completing your application. Your certificate must be valid on the date of the event.

Applications cannot be confirmed without proof of valid Public Liability Insurance.

Application & Payment

Thank you for filling out your application to be a stallholder at our Christmas Craft Fair.


Once your application has been received, we will review your details and Public Liability Insurance documentation.


If your application is approved, you will receive an email with a secure payment link to confirm your booking.


If we require any further information or documentation, we will contact you by email before your application is confirmed.


Stall Prices:

Standard 8ft Table — £15

8ft Table with Electricity — £20 (subject to availability and prior approval)


Please note: Your table is not confirmed until payment has been received.


Tables are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis following approval of your application.
